Historical Square and Ridgeview at Lewiston are locally-owned and family-operated. Since construction began when we welcomed our first tenants, we have grown to consider ourselves and all of our tenants as family. In fact, many of our tenants have stayed with us for 20, 30 years or more!

We pride ourselves on being friendly, courteous, caring and above all, responsive to each and every one of our tenants' needs. Our team includes full-time, on site office staff and a dedicated maintenance crew that all work together to keep our apartments safe and beautiful.
